• Your selected role (supporter or captain)

When you use the Gmail or Outlook OAuth integration to send a theater outreach email, we temporarily access your email account solely to send that single pre-written message on your behalf. We do not read, store, or access any other emails in your inbox.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Match you with your nearest participating theater based on your ZIP code
• Generate and send a personalized outreach email to that theater on your behalf (only when you authorize it)
• Track campaign demand counts and leaderboard statistics
• Send you campaign-related updates and your referral link (if you sign up as a captain)
• Improve our platform and measure campaign effectiveness

Email OAuth Access

Our platform offers an optional Gmail and Outlook integration that allows you to send a pre-written theater outreach email directly from your personal inbox. This makes the email appear as a genuine local request rather than a mass campaign message.

When you choose to use this feature:

• You will be redirected to Google or Microsoft to authorize access
• We request only the minimum scope necessary to send a single email (gmail.send or Mail.Send)
• We do not store your OAuth tokens beyond the immediate send operation
• We do not read, scan, or access any other emails, contacts, or account data
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Theater outreach: Your name and city are included in the outreach email sent to your assigned theater — this is the core purpose of the platform and you explicitly authorize this when you send the email.
• Service providers: We use third-party services (including Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for infrastructure) that may process your data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the campaign and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Cookies and Analytics
